Optimism is the name of the game when travelling.
Visited the brand shops at Plaza 66. Service is more laxed than in NYC. Shorts and AF1s were welcome. Many times, the staff didnt know the price of items. Are people only buying hangbags? Gucci does it.
Along with Ryoko, met with Willow and Wendy (good luck in Denmark) for Huoguo (Hot Pot). Too stuffed to finish the entire meal. Thanks for dinner, Willow!!! To the VIP Room (dont forget to read the reviews at the bottom of the link) for a bachelorette party, not of the American sorts (although someone, Im not saying names, did proposition me to strip), but maybe Willow put it best when he said, *this is more American than America*. I concur. What censorship?
A couple more observations, first on the girls - as one keen observe noted - what they lacked for in dancing ability, they made up for in good looks and creative outfits. And yours truly? Well, the reverse holds true. You know this.
Second, and even more fascinating. Well, those guys in the bathroom cracking my neck and rubbing my back while I was trying to handle some business just wasnt doing it for me. The quickest thing I could think of was, one shake, *xie xie*, and a speedy exit. Maybe they thought I was a Very Important Pisser?
Check Willows site for more pics from the evening.
